From silicon to cloud
Silicon and hardware
Chip, transport, and board bring-up, decided before the first prototype while changes are still cheap. ESP32, nRF52 and nRF53, EFR32, NXP, STM32, or custom silicon.
Firmware
Drivers, the Matter application layer, and the clusters your product exposes, with spec gaps shipped as custom clusters under your Vendor ID - like Eco Mode on the Mado shade.
Connectivity
Thread mesh, Wi-Fi, and BLE commissioning, with battery sleep schedules tuned to last months and Zigbee products moved to Matter on the same hardware.
Security and identity
The device's cryptographic identity - attestation certs and keys in the secure element, injected at the factory and in place before certification starts.
Certification
We run the Matter Test Harness in-house so the device passes the lab on the first submission, then take it through the listing.
Production
Factory flashing, DAC provisioning, and end-of-line test, handed over as a script your manufacturer can run: serial number in, pass or fail out.
App
The companion app for commissioning and configuration, delivered with a mobile partner while we own the device-to-app contract.
Cloud and OTA
OTA with versioning and rollback, so a failed update rolls back instead of bricking the device.
Build, fix, or maintain
Build
The whole path: chip and board bring-up, firmware, certification, production, app, and OTA.
You have a device and a date to ship. Typical timeline: 8 to 14 weeks.
Fix
Diagnose a stuck project and close one gap: certification, OTA, firmware, or factory.
Certification is failing, or one piece is missing. Typical turnaround: 1 to 3 weeks.
Maintain
Post-ship: OTA operations, spec updates, and patches.
The product is live and needs to stay current. Monthly retainer.
From kickoff to ship
Kickoff
Scope locked, hardware in hand, fixed quote. The price and milestones are set before work starts.
Develop
Firmware, peripheral drivers, Matter layer, DAC and PKI. Power budgets measured from the first board. Working builds in your repo from week one.
Certify
The Matter Test Harness runs in-house before the device reaches an Authorized Test Lab. Failures are caught before the lab sees them, so certification passes once.
Ship
OTA live, factory image signed, app integrated, documentation handed over. We stay on call through spec updates.
